Candidates must hold an active Indiana license, certifications, and preferably have AMDA certification, with an emphasis on using an EMR system for efficient patient management.

  • Coverage Need

ASAP - 3-month assignment to start

  • Schedule

    • Monday thru Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • No Call, No Weekends
  • Clinical Details

    • Primary care at both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities

  • Seeing 15-20 patients a day
  • Working at on facility per day
  • Multiple Sites in catchment area
  • Reliable transportation
  • Medication management
  • Adult and Geriatric Patients
  • Oversees APP's onsite
  • Clinical Support

    • Nurse Practitioner

  • Requirements

    • Active Indiana License

  • ACLS, BLS
  • Active IN DEA & CSR
  • Board certified
  • AMDA certification preferred but not required
  • EMR

    • Chart Path including A.I. Ambience Auto Scribe - point click care
