Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the captive strategy, including product positioning, pricing, and distribution
Grow market presence by building relationships with brokers, consultants, and captive managers
Lead a cross-functional team focused on captive growth and ensure financial success
Required Qualifications
10+ years in stop loss insurance, with at least 5 years in the captive space
Proven success in business development and financial management within stop loss captives
Strong presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences and industry groups
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field required
