Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job descriptions, compensation benchmarks, and interview procedures
Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement
Lead benefits management and maintain the Employee Handbook with annual updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in human resources roles
Experience managing HR responsibilities across multiple US states
Strategic and efficient approach to HR tasks
Experience in regulated industries and fast-paced or start-up environments is preferred
