Proposal Lead

A company is looking for a Proposal Lead to manage relationships and oversee the proposal development process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage strategic content and automation tools for proposal development

Coordinate and perform quality reviews of proposal documents before delivery

Build and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

5+ years of related work experience, preferably within a sales organization

Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience completing complex RFPs for strategic accounts

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of the health insurance industry and competitive landscape
