  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $2030-$2180\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks\n
  • Start Date : October 27, 2025\n
  • Location : Stanley, WI (54768) – Wisconsin nursing jobs\n
  • Healthcare Setting : Emergency Department (ER)\n
  • Shift : 12-hour day shifts (6 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM)\n
  • Schedule : Every weekend (Friday / Saturday / Sunday), with flexible 2 weekends on / 1 weekend off rotation available. All shifts are day shifts.\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week\n
  • Holiday Rotation : Every other holiday\n
  • Floating : May float to similar units or other Aspirus locations (Merrill, Wausau, Medford, Stanley)\n
  • On-call : Not required\n

    • \n\nER Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Wisconsin RN license (Registered Nurse)\n
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n
  • Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) system required\n
  • Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing required; BSN preferred\n
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility\n
  • Strong time management, adaptability, and positive attitude\n
  • Compassionate, dependable, and accountable with excellent interpersonal skills\n

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department\n
  • Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and emergent medical conditions\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Accurately document care using Epic EMR\n
  • Float to similar units or other Aspirus healthcare locations as needed\n
  • Participate in scheduled holiday and weekend rotations\n
  • Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a positive approach to change in a fast-paced clinical environment\n
