We are currently searching for an experienced CAD Designer to support our design of natural gas pipeline projects located in Atlanta, GA

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to project production sheets by laying out plan, alignment, detail, and other sheets as necessary
• Use various methodologies and / or techniques to accurately label and add notation to sheets
• Prepare minor mathematical calculations and quantity calculations for pipeline / linear alignment projects
• Research applicable design codes and guidelines to ensure design compliance
• Research design options and documents findings
• Work directly with engineers to understand project goals and scopes
• Coordinates assignments with project team and supervisor
• Perform quality control reviews of design plans and calculations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Work remotely across the company's footprint of offices
• Assist adjacent groups remotely on an as needed basis
