Radiology Physician

Locum - Physician - Radiology - Diagnostic Summary : We are seeking a dedicated diagnostic Radiologist to provide essential services either remotely or onsite in Carmichael, California. This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking for a locum position to work night shifts. The facility is a hospital setting that serves both emergency department and inpatient needs. Our team is currently short-staffed and is in urgent need of a professional who can efficiently handle diagnostic studies. Provider must reside in California, Colorado, Michigan, South Carolina, or Florida. Job Responsibilities : Perform diagnostic imaging services including MR, CT, US, and X-Ray. Read and interpret an average of 20-25 ultrasound studies and 25-30 CT / MR studies, or 150-200 X-rays daily. Utilize the EMR system (Cerner) for documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Provide coverage for all required days, Monday through Sunday. Qualifications : Board Certification in Radiology - Required ACTIVE CA License - Required Clean malpractice history preferred. Ability to read MR, CT, US, and X-ray studies is a must. Experience with PACS and voice recognition systems is advantageous.
