JOB TITLE : Sales Representative

SUMMARY : The In-Home Sales Representative will be responsible for developing business, selling services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring positive client experiences. This role requires individuals to conduct in-home sales meetings and operate in a one-call close sales environment while achieving monthly revenue targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Sales Appointments : Run in-home appointments to meet homeowners and customers.
- Product Expertise : Conduct demos, manage objections, and deliver professional customer service.
- Revenue Goal : Achieve a minimum of $80,000+ monthly revenue by following a structured sales approach.
- Customer Satisfaction : Achieve an average rating of 4.5+ through professional and timely service.
- CRM Management : Document sales details and project specifics accurately in the company CRM system.
- Customer Relationships : Maintain ongoing customer connections for repeat business and referrals.
- Paperwork : Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted promptly.
- Negotiations : Negotiate contracts and work agreements with professionalism.
- Customer Service : Address complaints, returns, and pricing queries effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : High School diploma required.Experience : At least 1+ years in outside sales, ideally in a one-call close environment with weekly sales quotas of $20,000+.Technical Proficiency : Comfort with iPads and mobile devices.Transportation : Own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills.Personality Traits : Energetic, dynamic, motivated, problem-solving, and career-driven.Sales Background : In-home or home remodeling experience preferred; managerial experience a plus.Energetic and dynamic personalityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges or meet customer objections with solutionsGood judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerStrong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflowCOMPENSATION :
Base Commission : Flat 10% commission on all sales. (1099 position)Self-Generated Leads : Additional 2% commission for leads initiated by the Sales Rep.COMPETENCIES :
