• Additional Details : Specialty : NP or PA for PICU BC / BE : BC - Will look at NP s and PA s If provider is NP they must be Critical care certified. If they are a PA other certificates are acceptable. Dates needed : ASAP ongoing Schedule : Ideal locum candidates can provide at least 4-6 shifts per 4-week block;o Variable - days, evenings, nights, & weekends as part of a 24 / 7 / 365 coverage modelo Weekend, Night, and Holiday work is shared equally among all team memberso 12-hour Days / Nights (, ) Call : In-house night call responsibilities are shared among all team members who have completed orientation to nights. PICU : 6-8 patients during the day; night call includes all patients assigned to team at checkout as well as any new admission assigned to the team.Specialty skills and procedures : Arterial line placement, Central Venous Line Placement, Chest Tube Placement, Endotracheal Intubation, Lumbar Puncture, PICC Placement EMR : Epic Interview process / timeline from time of presentation : Name clear, candidate submittals, schedule 30-minute virtual teams interview and will confirm if they want to extend an offer after the interview. Credentialing timeframe : 90 days Any specific items needed : will need NPR certification, will also look at licensure candidate
