Job Summary

Coordinates and provides enterostomal and wound care services at assigned LMHS campuses. Provides directly or serves as a consultant for assessment / / planning / / implementation / / and evaluation of patient's wounds / / ostomy / / and continence care. Provides education to patients / / family / / and staff. Will consider candidates currently in process of obtaining WOCN certification :
