job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProgram CNC Mazak Lathes from reading / interpreting blueprints Set-up and run Lathe applications that include soft turning, hard turning, threading, and center work (I.D. boring). Must inspect the manufactured parts and edit programs or adjust offsets and tooling to meet the print requirements. Understand standard and geometric tolerances on blueprints. Must be able to set up and use precision bore gages, OD snaps, micrometers, indicators, and gage block set-ups. Work overtime when necessary. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
SUMMARY OF POSITION :
- Set-up, program, and operate CNC Mazak turning centers.
