What You'll Do As The Tax Specialist :

Prepare and review individual, business, and trust / estate tax returns

Organize and analyze client tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, etc.)

Research tax issues and ensure compliance with IRS and state regulations

Assist with extensions, estimated payments, and filings

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups

Support year-end closings and deadlines while keeping everything accurate and organized

What We're Looking For In A Tax Specialist :

2+ years of tax preparation experience (public accounting a plus)

Solid knowledge of individual and business tax returns

CPA license a plus, but not required

Strong communicator with a detail-oriented, proactive mindset

Dependable and motivated to work independently while also being a team player
