• Protected Surgical Time : Dedicated block OR day every Friday with access to Da Vinci robotics at a Level 2 Trauma / Level 3 NICU hospital
• Work-Life Balance : Anticipated 1 in 5 call schedule with no Saturday clinic hours required for the new OB / GYN
• Generous Compensation Package : Guaranteed base salary of $400,000, plus performance-based bonuses and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
