Senior Project Manager

YOUR ROLE :

We're in search of a creative and adaptable Senior Project Manager well-versed in CRM marketing. The Senior Project Manager will lead campaign planning, resource allocations, tactical execution and ultimately provide our client leadership with visibility into status of project work and ongoing campaigns. Our ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with Client Service, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading / Quality Assurance, Technology and Analytics teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Own Projects

• Champion insightful planning of project scope, including :
• Critical milestones
• Time schedules
• Staff resourcing
• Ongoing monitoring of project scope and management of the change-control process
• Create and execute staff plans, forecasting resource allocation
• Lead and participate in scheduled status calls to keep stakeholders and internal team informed
• Work directly with ESP vendor to coordinate deployments for email deliverables
• Work directly with internal Print Production department for direct mail deliverables
• Minimize agency's exposure and risk across various projects
• Responsible for contingency planning in anticipation of roadblocks to ensure quality and timely delivery of all components

This range is specific to Los Angeles and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
