job_description.job_card.job_descriptionServe as team lead in organizing and executing reset and remodel projects. Partner with store personnel to schedule and communicate reset and remodel activities. Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel work. Collaborate with store staff and team members to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence. Prepare, process, and submit required documentation related to reset and remodel work. Demonstrate safe work practices, use equipment properly, and proactively report unsafe conditions. Follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to build effective relationships with clients, customers, and team members. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer service-driven. Skilled in communication and able to direct daily work activities. Comfortable using technology such as smartphones, handheld devices, and web-based applications. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience with authority to direct employees. 3+ years of customer service experience preferred. Prior sales agent, retail, or reset experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel long distances by car. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Willing to work in cold environments (refrigerated and freezer sections) for limited periods. Proficient with smartphones, handheld devices, and web-based applications. Must be able to work occasional weekends. Travel up to 50% with overnight stays required. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to drive long distances and work extended hours as needed. Work in cold environments as required.
Merch Travel Retail Service Lead Reset
The Reset Travel Retail Service Merchandiser Lead is responsible for representing Acosta, our clients, and our customers by leading a team in performing reset and remodel work. This includes implementing plan-o-grams, placing new items, correcting voids, and completing special merchandising activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a quick learner with strong attention to detail. They excel in both team leadership and independent work, with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to build lasting relationships with business partners.
