Building Inspector - Stockton, CA

BPR Consulting Group ( www.bpr-grp.com is seeking experienced Building Inspectors to join our growing company and serve our clients in the Stockton area. Full time and part time opportunities are available for qualified candidates.

The successful candidates must possess the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain professional working relationships with clients, coworkers, and permit applicants. A strong construction background and a desire to gain building code knowledge is essential to the success of the selected individuals.

• Perform field inspections of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings during various stages of construction to verify compliance with applicable California Building Codes and approved project documents.
• Issue written correction notices as required.
• Maintain basic record-keeping practices.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
• Perform all work consistent with BPR's and Clients policies and procedures.
• Provide all services in an efficient, proactive, and client-focused manner.
