Position Overview

The Plant Manager is responsible for directing and optimizing all aspects of plant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees production, maintenance, and logistics, while driving financial performance, compliance, and organizational culture. The Plant Manager serves as the key link between the plant, headquarters, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and continuous improvement goals.

Reporting Line

• Reports to : Roca USA Managing Director
• Direct reports : Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Quality Supervisor, Admin & Production Planning Supervisor
