About the Opportunity We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in your region by building, training, and managing a team of high-performing sales agents while developing strong client relationships.
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential , including weekly commissions, monthly and annual bonuses, and lifetime residual income .

- Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned region.
- Recruit, train, and mentor independent sales agents to drive revenue growth.
- Build lasting client relationships through in-person visits, calls, Zoom meetings, and ongoing communication.
- Deliver tailored merchant solutions and communicate value effectively.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
- Stay informed on payment technologies, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Represent VMS at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Qualifications Proven success in outside sales and leadership , ideally in merchant services, payment processing, or financial services.
- Consistent achievement in commission-based environments .
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation for success.
- Ability to manage a team while working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools .
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
