• Collect and assess patient data, identify needs, and prioritize care under the supervision of a licensed RN.\n
• Collaborate in developing and revising patient care plans involving patient / family input.\n
• Deliver evidence-based treatments and care, ensuring patient rights are respected at all times.\n
• Document patient care accurately and timely, noting any changes or concerns.\n
• Engage in quality improvement processes and adapt care based on patient needs and staffing demands.\n
• Complete all clinical skills and competencies under the guidance of a licensed RN.\n
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
• Education : Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program, BSN preferred.\n
• Experience : No previous experience required; however, applicants with more than 12 months experience are not eligible.\n\nIn Lieu Of\n
• A temporary Graduate Nurse license may be accepted upon receipt of diploma and NCLEX testing date. You will work under the supervision of a clinical preceptor until passing licensure.\n
• All new RN hires must have an ADN or BSN from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education or the State Board of Nursing.\n\nRequired Certifications, Registrations, Licenses\n
