Automation Engineer & Tool Room Supervisor

At DEMA Engineering, we design and manufacture precision fluid control and dispensing solutions used worldwide. We're looking for an Automation Engineer & Tool Room Supervisor to lead our automation efforts and oversee day-to-day Tool Room operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement automation solutions, including PLCs, robotics, and smart technologies.
• Supervise Tool Room operations, guiding machinists and electricians to ensure high quality workmanship.
• Analyze production workflows and recommend automation-based improvements.
• Provide technical troubleshooting to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Train employees on automation tools, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Partner with product design teams to improve manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve system integration and operational excellence.
