Picker / Packer

Location : Ann Arbor

Pay : $17 / hr

Shift : Training will be 7 : 30 - 4 : 00. Standard shift will be 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Duties :

  • Order Picking : Retrieve items from inventory based on order specifications. Verify product type, size, and quantity to ensure order accuracy.
  • Packing & Labeling : Securely pack products using proper materials to prevent damage. Print and apply accurate shipping labels for each order.
  • Shipping Preparation : Organize completed orders by carrier and destination. Assist with loading shipments onto outbound trucks when needed.
  • Inventory Management : Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors. Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
  • Workstation Maintenance : Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Properly handle tools, scanners, and packaging equipment.

Requirements :

  • High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of scanners and inventory systems (preferred).
  • Physical ability to stand, lift, and carry items throughout shift.
  • Ability to meet KPIs.
