Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Charleston or Columbia, SC office. This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country. Our Pre-Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world-class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise Attorneys who are new to the field.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
