What You'll Do

Operate machinery to help bring top-tier performance products to life

Assemble parts and systems with care and precision

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-performance standards

Load and transport materials within the production area

Lift, move, and handle components safely and efficiently

Communicate with teammates to meet daily goals and deadlines

Stay focused and sharp to catch even the smallest defects

Help maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace

What You Bring

A strong eye for detail

A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently

Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

A high school diploma or GED

Experience in production, assembly, retail, or customer service is a plus

Work Hours and Benefits

Full-time schedule : Monday-Friday

• 6 : 00 AM-2 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM

Weekly pay

Paid holidays

PTO : 80 hours your first year, 120 hours your second
