Job Summary : Supports operators through the efficient, on-time movement of in-process materials, finished goods, components, containers, and other items to and from work cells.

Required Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years of related experience / training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Forklift Operator License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Technical ability to operate scan guns
• Must have a good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

Essential Functions :

Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
