About the Role

As a Home Care CNA with Trinity AT Home, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized and compassionate care to residents within their homes. Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
  • Ensure a clean and safe living environment.

    • Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor.
