10-4 Logistics USA is seeking an experienced CDL-A truck driver ( Class A CDL ) for regional over-the-road (OTR) assignments. Freight is 100% dry van, no-touch, with approximately 60% drop-and-hook.

Compensation & schedule

  • Training pay : $650 during a four-week in-cab training period with a trainer.
  • Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience-dependent).
  • Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly.
  • Typical home time : Bi-weekly.

Equipment & benefits

  • Equipment : Late-model automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped.
  • Benefits : Eligibility after 30 days for life, dental, vision, and health insurance options, and 401(k).

    • Primary responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Complete assigned OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and electronic logs.
  • Ensure proper cargo handling and securement; follow drop-and-hook procedures where applicable.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
  • Follow fuel management, routing, and on-road safety protocols.

    • Minimum qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A (Class A CDL) .
  • Minimum 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months (no prior OTR experience required).
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
