This is a unique opportunity to work side by side with the CEO and senior leadership, playing a critical role in driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. The position is located in San Francisco, is in-office full time, with compensation of $150-180K plus benefits and perks.
You will :
- Manage executive schedules, prioritization, and time management.
- Oversee travel logistics and planning for the CEO and team.
- Own operational functions including vendor management, payments, and office processes.
- Create and maintain efficient systems for information flow and team operations.
- Support meetings by attending, capturing key takeaways, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, keeping priorities moving forward.
