Job Title : Litigation Associate

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Salary Range : $200,000 – $240,000

Our client, a leading law firm with a strong national presence, is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of complex litigation experience, ideally with a focus on product liability and torts. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background defending pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health / consumer-facing products in Pennsylvania state courts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle all phases of complex litigation, including :
  • Case strategy development
  • Discovery and depositions
  • Motion drafting and hearings
  • Trial preparation and participation
  • Defend high-profile clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer product sectors.
  • Work collaboratively within a large, experienced legal team.
  • Take ownership of client matters with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of complex litigation experience.
  • Product liability and torts experience strongly preferred.
  • Pennsylvania state court experience required.
  • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a high-level trial practice.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work independently on assigned matters.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania bar or eligibility to waive in is required.
