Team Lead, Zone Maintenance

Overview

Directs and coordinates activities of zone maintenance mechanics. Repairs, installs, calibrates and inspects a diverse range of equipment. Diagnoses and corrects system and equipment malfunctions. Maintains documentation on new equipment, inspections and equipment repairs and failures. Schedules and oversees third party repairs as necessary. Provides assistance and instruction on the equipment operation and user maintenance to department personnel as required. Responsible for the overall function of the assigned maintenance activity, including work order and scheduling and completion of the PM program. Provides assistance to staff as needed. Provides status reports and updates to keep the department leadership apprised of developing issues. Forecasts personnel needs to ensure proper scheduling and application of resources.

• Licensure : Not Applicable
• Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Experience : 5 Years Facilities Maintenance With 2 Years Equipment Maintenance Or 2 Years Facilities Management Or 1 Year Electrician Or 2 Years HVAC Maintenance With 1 Year Leadership Required - And 3 Years Healthcare Preferred
