Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. This role plays a key part in building diverse pipelines of high-quality technical candidates, supporting some of the country's leading tech and government organizations. As a sourcing specialist, you will work closely with the recruitment team to identify and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, DevOps professionals, and other technical talent.

At the end of 90 days, the ideal candidate will be promoted into a Junior Technical Recruiter role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms (e.g., Betterleap), and other tools to identify qualified technical candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS (Ceipal).
• Engage passive talent through targeted outreach, crafting compelling messages tailored to technical audiences.
• Track outreach metrics and iterate on strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and culture fit before submitting to recruiters.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless hand-offs and consistent candidate experience.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and contribute to sourcing strategy sessions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the recruiting space.
