VP of People Systems

A company is looking for a VP, People Systems to optimize People tools and support a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize People systems ensuring smooth and secure operations

Act as the technical expert across HRIS modules and drive automation and process improvements

Manage and mentor a team of HRIS professionals to deliver quality results for internal customers

Required Qualifications

Deep experience managing and optimizing HR systems, specifically UKG Pro and WFM

Strong understanding of HR operations from hire to retire

Experience with tools like Ashby, Deel, Lattice, or similar platforms

Tech-savvy with analytical skills to turn data into insights and actions

Collaborative partner with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
