Senior Fund Formation Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Fund Formation Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage fund formation processes, including structuring and preparation of fund documentation

Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant laws and assist in the preparation of regulatory filings

Support investor relations by addressing legal inquiries and managing documentation

Required Qualifications

At least 6 years of fund formation experience, either in-house or at a law firm

Strong understanding of securities laws and regulations related to investment advisers

Proactive approach with a willingness to engage with technology and data

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively

Experience in the asset management industry and familiarity with the broker-dealer industry is a plus
