We are seeking a Data Scientist / Analytics Specialist to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract value from business data and drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL programming experience, expertise in large database systems, and familiarity with modern data science tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Apply advanced analytics methods to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
  • Perform large-scale experimentation and build predictive models to answer business questions
  • Conduct research on cutting-edge machine learning and AI techniques
  • Define requirements for training and evolving deep learning models and algorithms
  • Influence product teams through data-driven recommendations and presentations
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • Direct experience with SQL programming and large database applications such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SPSS, Teradata, Hadoop
  • Master’s degree in Decision Sciences, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, or a STEM field and 3+ years of analytics or data science experience
  • OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of analytics or data science experience
  • OR PhD in a related field (no experience required)
  • Experience with R, RStudio, Python, SAS, SQL, NoSQL

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience with Python, R, or Spark programming
  • Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Streamlit, and cloud-based ML environments
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling, Bayesian inference, and advanced statistical methods
  • Experience with TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks
  • Background in financial services is a plus
