Regal Staffing Services – Quality Control Inspector Openings (Arlington, TX 76011)

Regal Staffing Services is now hiring Quality Control Inspectors for a leading manufacturing company in Arlington, TX (76011). These are immediate openings for candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing, quality inspection, and rework.

Pay Range : $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Schedules :

3rd Shift : Tuesday – Saturday | 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 AM

Job Summary :

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting PCBAs and performing rework on SMT, THT, and PTH components to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Basic Qualifications :

2+ years of hands-on experience in soldering, repair, and rework

Strong knowledge of SMT, THT, and PTH components (e.g., polarity, body, etc.)

Solid understanding of PCBA and PCB inspection processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Team player with strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills :

IPC 7711 / 21 Certified Specialist

IPC-A-610 and / or IPC-J-STD-001 Certified Specialist

Experience with SAP or manufacturing execution systems

Ability to interpret technical requirements and report non-conformances
