Texas Licensed Geriatric Care Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Geriatric Care Management (active LCSW or LMSW license required).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of care managers to ensure quality and performance

Oversee training and ongoing education of the care management team to maintain best practices

Conduct quality assurance reviews of care recommendations to ensure clinical accuracy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 3 years of experience leading a care management team

Active LCSW or LMSW license

Demonstrated expertise in geriatric care and familiarity with older adults' needs

Proven ability to lead in a remote environment

Passion for improving the quality of life for older adults
