Now we're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure everything we build meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and excellence.

Think of this role as part detective, part problem-solver, and part ambassador of quality-you'll be auditing, inspecting, and collaborating with everyone from regulators to customers to make sure our products truly shine.

What You'll Do

Team up with our QA / RA Manager to keep us compliant with FDA, ISO13485, Health Canada, and other global regulations.

Perform internal audits and keep our Quality Management System (QMS) organized and effective.

Create and improve quality procedures, forms, and training-your ideas can help shape the future of DentalEZ quality.

Track and resolve nonconformances and CAPAs to prevent problems before they reach patients.

Inspect dental devices and processes to verify accuracy, safety, and performance.

Represent DentalEZ proudly during audits with regulators, suppliers, and customers.

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

Associate degree preferred (but your expertise matters most).

Ability to read engineering prints (ANSI Y14.5M) and use inspection tools like calipers and micrometers.

Hands-on experience managing nonconformances and CAPAs from start to finish.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills (Oracle / Access experience is a plus).

Excellent communication skills-you can explain findings clearly to teams at every level.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt.
