job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPosition is in a computed tomography (CT) department Adult patient population Performs a variety of CT procedures utilizing ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes Shifts include evening and swing shifts, with some weekends and holidays required Uses the EPIC EMR system for charting and documentation Responsibilities include performing exams per department protocol, contrast administration, infection control, and patient education Candidates should be proficient in operation of CT equipment, contrast injectors, and electronic imaging systems Must be familiar with cross sectional anatomy and radiation safety protocols (ALARA) Expectations include thorough and accurate completion of clinical documentation and participation in departmental quality control programs First-time travelers will be considered Minimum of 1 year of recent CT experience required Current ARRT certification and Utah State license if applicable Active AHA BLS certification required and must not expire during assignment Demonstrated IV certification competency within three months of hire Must complete controlled substance and moderate sedation modules within six months of hire where applicable Ability to meet physical requirements including hearing, lifting, manual dexterity, vision, and standing for long periods License required if applicable High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
