Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a part-time Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Suggest process improvements to accounting leadership

Monitor and report potential financial issues and risks while providing researched solutions

Assist with financial reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and perform billing and accounts payable / receivable duties

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of and adherence to current US GAAP policies and procedures

Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

Proficiency with relevant accounting software (QuickBooks)

2+ years experience as a staff accountant, ideally in a high-growth or remote-first environment

Ideally have or pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
