Job Title : Charge Nurse

Location : Bethany Home Sioux Falls

Employment Shift : Part - Time (6PM - 10PM).

Starting Pay : LPN starting range $26 - $32 (Compensation will be determined by set wage scale)

Shifts Available : Five 4 hour shifts each week (6PM - 10PM). Must be available every other weekend and holiday.

DAILY TASKS :

• Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine
• Chart the progress of residents using PointClickCare
• Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet / activities / lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people
• Form relationships with our residents
• Strive to build a place where residents feel at home
