Phoenix Home Care has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Field Supervisor in the Branson, MO area!

We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused leader to join our team as an In-Home Field Supervisor . In this role, you’ll mentor caregivers, ensure top-quality client care, and build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.

What You’ll Do :

Open new cases & complete paperwork
Mentor and train field staff in client homes
Conduct quality field visits
Support the office team as needed
Address and report any concerns in the field

What You’ll Need :

18+ years old

High school diploma or equivalent (CNA preferred)

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

1–2 years caregiving experience

Able to pass background check & drug screen
