About Us

Blue Ridge Talent is a Charlotte-based recruiting and consulting firm that partners with small businesses to find their next great hire. All roles posted through Blue Ridge Talent are direct, full-time positions with one of our client companies. We operate as a contract partner, offering part-time and fractional support to give businesses flexible, cost-effective access to top-tier talent solutions—without excessive or hidden fees.

About Our Client

Our client is a European automotive repair shop driven by passion and known for delivering five-star service. They specialize exclusively in top-tier European brands—Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz—providing tailored service for both dedicated enthusiasts and everyday drivers.

They are currently seeking an experienced Technician to join their team. Unlike large corporate shops, this is a relaxed, community-focused environment where your passion for cars is recognized and valued.

  • Diagnose and repair Porsche and Mercedes-Benz vehicles with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and performance upgrades.
  • Collaborate with a team that’s active in the local car community.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles (Porsche and Mercedes-Benz required).
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills across modern and legacy platforms.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Must supply your own tools.
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends).
  • Friends & family pricing on services.
  • Two dedicated lifts available for technician use.
  • Fun shop events and active involvement in the local car scene.
  • Supportive, non-corporate work environment with room to grow.
  • If you’re passionate about German engineering and want to work in a shop that feels more like family than a corporation, we’d love to hear from you.
