A company is looking for an Employee & Labor Relations Manager to oversee employee and labor relations activities and collaborate on HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations, including conducting interviews and resolving grievances
Oversee labor relations activities, including contract negotiations and training supervisors
Develop and review HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Five years of progressively responsible experience in collective bargaining and labor relations activities
Knowledge of employee and labor relations principles, collective bargaining, and employment laws
Skills in project management and effective use of HR information systems
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and engage with diverse staff
