Front Office Application Support / Developer (Hedge Fund)

Job Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled C# Developer to join our Front Office Technology Team supporting real-time trading operations at a leading hedge fund. You’ll work directly with portfolio managers, traders, and quants to build and optimize mission-critical systems.

This is a hybrid role , with an expectation to be on-site in our Manhattan office at least 3 days per week , collaborating closely with trading teams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C# applications for trade execution, pricing, and risk analytics
• Build and enhance real-time data pipelines and market data handlers.
• Collaborate with traders and PMs to translate trading strategies into robust, scalable tools
• Experience working with trading tools such as SS&C Eze, Charles River, Enfusion, Alladin, Geneva, etc.
• Optimize latency-sensitive components and ensure system reliability under market stress
• Integrate with OMS / EMS platforms and contribute to trade lifecycle automation
• Support production systems and troubleshoot live trading issues with urgency and precision
