Position Summary :

The responsibilities of this position include snow removal in wagons, general fleet maintenance of the wagons, hauling wagons, assisting guests in a friendly, helpful manner and perform other duties as assigned. Must be willing to work a flexible 5 day per week schedule and work extra hours during busy periods, dependent on demand.

Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be in excellent physical condition able to withstand sub-zero temperatures and lift heavy weight. Applicant should be outgoing, a team player, hardworking and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Experience working with the public in high volume situations.

Wage :

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
