HOUSEKEEPING & APPAREL WORKER I / FLOOR TECHNICIAN

To perform a variety of housekeeping duties with positive expectations; to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are maintained for residents and employees. Support Eastern State Hospital vision, mission, and values statements.

Minimum qualifications include experience with floor procedures for stripping and waxing, burnishing, and buffing. Experience with chemicals used during the floor cleaning process. Experience with stripping / waxing machine, burnishing machine, and buffing machine. Experience with industrial carpet shampooers, rotary carpet cleaning machines, and steamers.
