About the Facility Location The facility is located in Richmond Hill, New York. About the Clinician's Workday This position requires a 24-hour in-house shift once a month, with the remainder of the schedule offering MondayFriday shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. Post-call days off are not provided. EMR training is mandatory before starting, with a shorter course available for those already familiar with Epic. The case mix includes bread-and-butter procedures, trauma, pediatrics, and interventional neuro radiology, with no cardiac cases. Level 1 trauma experience and OB / GYN experience are required. The role is mostly hands-on with some supervision. The facility has seven ORs and handles approximately 500 cases per month. Preference is given to MondayFriday coverage, with credentialing taking 34 weeks once the application is complete.
