Construction Superintendent (Michigan)

C.E. Gleeson Constructors, Inc. is seeking to expand our team & bring on a talented site superintendent who excels in fast paced retail, or large scale multi-family construction projects. This position is responsible for managing projects from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate boats experience leading on site work relating to Multi-Family developments. We will consider traveling superintendents nationwide, as we frequently do work across many states. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities
• Manage and communicate instructions clearly to subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Work in harmony with project managers, architects, and clients
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
