Duly Health and Care in Schaumburg  is seeking a Gastroenterologist who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights

  • BC / BE General Gastroenterologist needed
  • Open to practicing physicians or candidates coming out of training
  • 30 Gastroenterologists and 5 advanced practice provider currently
  • Large referral network with >

900 physicians

  • Clinic coverage will be in Schaumburg, a new state of the art facility, which opened in August 2025.  Our 100,000-square-foot multi-specialty medical office building offers Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more. Possible satellite coverage will extend to Hoffman Estates practice.
  • New facility will house 2 endoscopy suites, with 2 additional endoscopy suites in the Hoffman Estates clinic
  • Hospital coverage will be at Central DuPage Hospital
  • Call of 1 : 7
  • Extensive mentorship exists for new graduates
  • Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across gastroenterology and more than 1,000 Duly providers
  • Competitive total rewards salary between $500,000 - $525,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $500,000 - $525,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $525,000 - $650,000.
