The Superintendent will lead construction trades and / or other subcontractors as directed. Reports to the Project Manager. Perform duties expected of multi-disciplinary construction work activities. Ability to work well with customers / employees, and possess strong computer skills. Work from verbal or written instructions, sketches, diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and vendor manuals must comply with all state, municipal, tribal, or facility codes and specifications. Perform construction renovations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on property facilities and equipment. Perform all work safely and securely.

Essential Job Functions :

• Lead other construction and maintenance trades.
• The Superintendent oversees and coordinates the workforce that constructs, demolishes, maintains, and repairs civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, and other building systems.
• Maintenancerelated duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments.
• Organizes and maintains schedules according to the work activity.
• Other responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records.
• Produces daily reports that capture jobsite activities. Understands the contractual scope of work and helps support the change management process.
• Manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality and timely production.
• Investigate accidents and prepare relevant reports.
• Ensures craftsmen maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, including unclogging sinks and toilets, changing supply lines, P-traps, and faucets.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to wet, humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, high, loud noise levels can occur. Employees may be exposed to environmental hazards.
