We're looking for a collaborative Project Manager - Buildings who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. This unique opportunity is based at a client site in Dallas, Texas, reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager and client. You'll be responsible not only for the project delivery but also for successful project completion in accordance with project objectives. You'll manage and provide assistance to the project to help resolve complex project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements.

Your contributions will be essential to managing materials, schedules, budgets, scope, and safetymaking you a key player in our operations. Key Responsibilities :
Support the client and Senior Project Manager in delivering complex, multi-phased projects, focusing on scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and information management.
Assist in planning and facilitating meetings; prepare agendas, meeting notes, and presentations.
Help manage budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documentation, and project controls.
Review and provide feedback on consultant and contractor pay applications and change orders.
Ensure accurate and timely issuance of meeting minutes during design and construction phases.
Compile, submit, and track project purchase requisitions, change orders, and pay applications
Here's what you'll need :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
7+ years of as a Project Manager in Engineering, Environmental, or Construction organization
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems / components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
Ideally, You'll Also Have :
Proven data center construction building experience

The base salary range for this position is $117,300.00 to $161,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
